Only a very small handfull of students in the third grade own a cell phone that they actually bring to school. Some people beleive that third grade is too young to own a cell phone, but I dissagree. As long as the student keeps the cell phone on silent or off during the school day, cell phones should not be a problem for teachers. In our time, even third graders need phones to call they're parents to come pick them up early if an after-school activitiy is cancelled. They also can help a parent and child both feel saffer about keeping in constant communication. Cell phones keep getting cheaper, and parents can put all sorts of parental limmits on cell phones if they want to. I believe that cell phones are hear to stay. If you were editing this paragraph using a rubric, in which area would this paragraph need the most improvement? A) misspelled words B) grammatical errors C) incorrect punctuation D) poor sentence structure
