What are some issues you are facing and what can you do to overcome them? please a paragraph or two

Explanation: I'm having issues with me stressing to please others its a horrible issue because it causes me to have headaches from that stress resulting in no sleep. I try to please others because I don't wanna disappoint my friends. in fact  I have disappointed them before because them wanting me to do stuff for them. I have learned to overcome this issue by just saying no it was hard from the start and they talked less to me but I talked to them about this issue and it solved my problems.
