You shouldn't get up early, nor late.

Explanation:

If you wake up at 7:00 AM, then your brain isn't fully functional until 10:00.

In schools, the requirement should be to be there by 8:00, eat breakfast there, and do exercise or something to wake your brain and begin classes at 10:10.  If you wake up later, then your brain will only fully function later.

At the same time, however, the reason we need sleep is because it allows our brains to process the information that we had learned that day. If we wake up at 5:00, then we are less likely to remember most of the things that we learned. I feel like the success rate of students who oversleep would be at least 10% higher than those who go/wake up earlier.
