List the ten Appositive Phrases found in the Paragraph.

Mozart was born in 1756 in the Austrian town of Salzburg, a stunningly beautiful city with a long musical history. Mozart's musical gifts became obvious almost immediately. By the age of four, he could already play the piano. He published his first compositions, four pieces for violin and harpsichord, before his eighth birthday. Mozart's father, Leopold, had been a music teacher. However, he quit teaching to manage young Wolfgang's career. When Mozart was six, he began playing concerts with his sister, Nannerl, who was also a gifted musician. At the age of seven, Mozart was invited to Vienna, the capital of Austria, to play for the royal family. From there, his reputation as a genius spread all over Europe. Mozart's first public performance took place in Munich, a city in southern Germany. In 1984, a mostly fictional account of Mozart's life was told in the film Amadeus. Much of the film focuses on Mozart's rivalry with another composer, Salieri. At the end of the movie, Salieri, who was jealous of Mozart's genius, poisons Mozart. In fact, the cause of Mozart's death at age 35 is not certain. It may have been a medical condition called uremia, a result of advanced kidney disease. Mozart died before completing his last masterpiece, his unforgettable "Requiem."

What is implied in this sentence from mark twain's "the ? 1,000,000 bank-note"? i was puzzled, and wanted to discuss the matter a little further, but they didn't; so i took my leave, feeling hurt and insulted to be made the butt of what was apparently some kind of a practical joke, and yet obliged to put up with it, not being in circumstances to resent affronts from rich and strong folk.
