The reason why school should be later is because many teen lack sleep. It might not be because they are not going to bed at a proper time, but the fact that school can be so early! "Teenagers should at least get  9 to 9 1/2 hours of sleep". Also, depending on your grade, you might have a job and working late. Finally, giving teenagers even 1 extra hour of sleep should decently improve their concentration, improving grades.
