Explanation:

The above mentioned paragraph is written from the third person omniscient point of view. In this method of storytelling, the storyteller is aware about the thoughts and feelings of the characters. From the paragraph, we can figure out that the narrator knows the feelings and thoughts of Martin and Mr Handel.

The paragraph isn't written from first person point of view because it doesn't contain 'I' or 'We' in it. And neither its third person limited, because the narrator have nowhere used the third person pronouns (he and she).
