Which lines from act 1 of shakespeare's romeo and juliet suggest that lord capulet respects free will

I am not too sure if these are the only such lines, but here is one deifinitely good

'My will to her consent is but a part. An she agreed within her scope of choice"

They are from Scene 2.

Those words mean that Capulet's daughter is free to choose her husband, at least in part (with the father's agreement)
