You have a student who is constantly disrupting the class by talking out of turn and exhibiting

off-task behavior during direct instruction and collaborative group work. this behavior is

impeding the process of teaching and learning in your classroom, and you feel it is necessary to

intervene.

I would continue to follow classroom routines and apply different strategies to lessen classroom  disruptions. First, I would buy or make a poster of a child raising his hand to remind students of the expected behaivour and order during the classes. I'd make sure it has some rules, like raising one's hand before asking or answering something, to remain silent when someone else is talking, etc, whilst reminding them some rules for the class: Be respectful, be kind, be ready to learn.

In addition, I would  remind all students that their names are written on three popsicle sticks, and that they have to wait for  a fair chance to participate. If the visual posters and popsicle sticks are not effective, then I would have  the student sit down with only one partner instead of group work. This would reduce the student's distractions because it's one on one work. His or her partner would have higher grades so that she or he is able to help the special student. After any incident or issue I'd have one on one meetings with him to talk.

If all of this does not work  I'd start collecting information and anecdotal notes to talk to his or her parents to find out the causes of this behaivour.

the teacher i would like to have must be a kind, caring and understandable teacher. she should be interactive with us and always plan fun activities to in our studies. she should be a teacher who would correct our mistakes when we do something wrong and guide us if we are weak. she should always be strict if we do something bad but must be praising us when we do something good. she she not take any as her favorite in her class but take everyone as her favorite.

21 balloons is the story of professor william sherman's travels.

in 1883, he set off from san francisco for a balloon ride over the pacific and was found a month later floating with 21 balloons in the atlantic ocean. this seemed an astounding feat and everyone wanted to know what had happened.    

professor sherman was loyal, however, and said he would tell his tale first to the western american explorers club in san francisco, of which he was a member. this built up suspense for several chapters before he began to tell of the wonders of his adventures and the amazing island of krakatoa, an island which had just been blown up by a volcano.  

the residents of krakatoa are all millionaires who live under a "gourmet government" of their own devising. we get to see all the incredible adventures that creative people with unlimited resources would create according to the author.
