I don't see there any hidden reference which could make me claim that it is an allusion, also it's not an epiphany because it is frequently used for showing to readers that character has suddenly realized something so that he starts to perceive the world from the new sheet. Parallelism you can recognize when each clause has the same meaning and repetition is repeating of one word that appears in some lines and can emphasise some author’s point. It's up to you, but I would say that it's a repetition.
