The vampire slayer part three
by: wildfire

i looked around, but, kept walking. i hummed to myself, thinking about what killed my mother. i don’t know who would do that to mom, everyone loved her. she was so sweet, why would someone do this. i started to slowly cry but i tried to keep it in. tears slowly went down my cheeks and i didn’t know how to stop them.

i looked around and i see the same black figure from my house, except this time it was in an alleyway. “hey you! ” it just stood there “hey! did you kill my mother! ? ” it slowly walked backwards into the shadows of the alleyway. i ran over there, but when i got there, there was only a drunk guy sitting in a corner. “did you see who that was? ” the guy looked at me and shook his head. my heart was pumping fast i didn’t know what to do.

so i ran back to anabelle’s house and open the door quickly. i shut back real quickly and ran to my room and slammed the door. i shut the window and flopped on my bed and cried. few minutes after that anabelle nocked on the door “vic? ” she said calmly. “y-yes? ” i started to shake more. “are you okay? ” she put her head by the door.” not really.” i covered my face crying more. “can i come in? ” i got up and opened the door.

i sat back down on my bed and covered my face. anabelle came over and hugged me “everything will be okay vic.” i hugged her back crying more. i fell asleep on her shoulder. she laid me down softly and went to the kitchen to make dinner. after an hour or two i woke up and rubbed my eyes. i walked to the kitchen and sat at the kitchen table. anabelle put ground turkey skillet with green beans. i looked at her and smiled “ sis.”

she smiled and walked to the counter to make her plate. i started eating. i finished eating and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth. i went to my room and laid down. i feel asleep with the light on.

i woke up around 12: 30. it was a school day last time i remembered. i went to anabelle’s room quickly and flew open the door. there she was laying on her bed blood all over. but she had two bite marks on her and she was also pale. “god why me? ” i screamed out. i went to the phone and dialed 911. someone picked up on the first wring. “911, what’s you emergency? ”

“my best friend is dead and she is just like how my mother looked.” i said calmly but i was really scared. “okay ma’am, where are you? ” i calmly breathed and said”267 sycamore street” i sighed about to cry again, today was the worst day ever! “okay ma’am the police and ambulance is coming.” i hung up and started to cry.

the police came and knocked on the door. i went up to the door, sighed, then opened it up “hello ma’am” i looked up at them “hello officer” they walked in and looked around. “so, where is she? ” i walked to anabelle’s room and slowly opened the door, “here.”

they shook their heads, “did you do this? ” i shook my head, “she’s like a sister to me i would never do that.” i went to the kitchen and the police officers followed. “do you have a place to go for a few nights? ” i shook my head and cried.
