Finalize your interview and publish the final draft.  - I think this means finalize your preparation for your interview...  you know like stuff you would ask during the interview:

- I read your company has 10,000 employees, will you be expanding?

- Do they offer benefits like health care or 401K

- You might askwhat would a typical day look like for the job I am interviewing for...

This next part would be AFTER you have the interview they want you to answer the questions to see how well prepared you were.  I added some things that are typical responses...

Then, in a 2–3 paragraph short essay, answer the following questions:

Evaluate how effective your interview was.   - this is just how you felt afterwardslike if the interviewer said "Oh we are so excited with your qualifications"  vs. "Ahhh we'll let you know in a month or so."  

Were your questions focused?  - you would know this is the interviewer gave you direct answers vs. kept having to figure out what you were asking.

Were they the right type of questions?  - again, if the interviewer is acting real positive about what you are asking vs. acting like ???WTH...why are you asking that.  that is the only way you would know.

Did you follow up on questions?  - Just say you told the interviewer I would find out the answers if he/she asked me questions I wasn't sure of

How will you use this information in your argument?  - i don't know what this means??
