What is the difference between a bibliography and a reference page?

Difference between the reference page and bibliography is explained below.

Explanation:

In the case of reference page , you have to list or define those items which are  actually referred to and which are cited in the observer paper.

Whereas in the case  Bibliography, you have to list all the materials and items which you have consulted while preparing the essay whether you actually give reference to that or  cited that work or not.
