Ihave a question about proper grammar. am i suppose to capitalize the first word of a line because in my word document it keeps automatically capitalizing. it is not the first word in a sentence, just the first word to be written/typed on a line.

The balance includes both the fees for service and the shipping charges. is this sentence incomplete or complete?
