You should open it kinda like this:

      Have you ever had a bad day and just completely given up? (then start listing your sources and why you think it is important)

List your first example how to live a good life and give evidence. Tell the audience what you think they should do to live a better lifestyle. Give another piece of evidence and really explain it well citing the source you found it from.                  

For the next paragraph do the same thing with two more pieces of evidence and give examples on how your examples could impact your life.

The way you should close it is kinda like this:

     As you can see, these new things can help you live a better lifestyle if you aren't doing them already. (then list your evidence again and explain them. for example: If you try to work out everyday for at least 30 minutes it can help you lose weight and that will lead you toward a good and healthy life)

You should make your point clear through the way you explain your evidence. Explain HOW it will impact your life and HOW it will make you have a better life.
