Can someone tell me what is the difference between be and get used to?

be used to- express that a situation is not new or strange or is no longer new or strange.

example: Are you used to the climate?

Get used to- express an action or situation become less strange or new,or becomes more comfortable.

example: She is getting used to wake up early for her new job.

themselves

an intensive pronoun is a pronoun that ends in self or selves, such as himself, herself, themselves, yourself, ourselves. since band members is a third person plural, the correct intensive pronoun would be themselves. if the band was talked about as a collective noun, itself would be the appropriate intensive pronoun. intensive pronouns are used to add emphasis to the noun it's modifying which is why it directly follows it.
