how do you think starr would define family? what about seven, devante, kenya and khalil? do you have to be related by blood to consider a person family? how do you define family?

Starr and Seven’s family was always there for her, always standing up for her through every event and problem in the book. Her uncle even picked her up from school early. Unfortunately DeVante’s family is not like Starr’s because they aren’t able to support him the way her family supports her.
