Which best identifies jack robinson’s reason for writing his letter to president eisenhower

Jack Robinson, the first African American to play in Mayor League Baseball, wrote Eisenhower because he (Robinson) had fougth against racism and in favor of civil rigths for black people and the government hadn't put a lot of efford making things change. I think when he wrote that letter he was tired of figthing and not obtaining positive results, even the president (which represents the entire country) didn't seemed very commited into making those rights respected.  Robinson criticized the way Eisenhower was dealing with things. He pointed out that human rights could not wait, they wanted to be benefited by them.
