To begin with, the workplace has a mood and keeping it positive helps with the workflow; having a good communication and connection with your team and co-workers is also an important start. Some good habits to start are: getting everyone on the same page, understanding your common goal, and working efficiently and if there are any problems you can work together quickly. The best attitude to have is no matter if you’re having a bad day; do your work as well as any day, be respectful and follow the day and the work will follow.
