Is twain realistic with his treatment of women? book: huckleberry finn 3 paragraphs.

All through history women have been subject to sexual discrimination and objectification, there is no exception to the stigma cast on women in The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, throughout the novel every character portraying a woman shows society's view on the role of women. This issue (sexism) was necer questioned by Mark Twain.

One reason as to why Twain may have overlooked the sexism of the time was because he too gave into society's connotation of women's role that as time has proven it was erroneous. Therefore we can affirm that his treatment of women long from being realistic was unfair, sexist and alltogether belittling.
