In no means is it right but when you think about why these officers are acting this way its because the facts. Some police are racists and do these brutality acts out of pure spite but their will always be bad people in good fields what can you do about it. I know you were looking for a fact and in a way it is a fact to support why some of the cops acts the way they do. Sorry to ramble on, i mean no disrespect just giving an opinion and a fact!
