(2) the day before the storm, however, they changed their forecasts to say that the storm would be gigantic. (3) when i awoke on the day of the storm, mom told me that school was cancelled. (4) i looked out the window and saw that everything was covered in a layer of snow. (5) so much snow had fallen that a huge mound of it blocked our front door!
