What do you think is the most harmful consequence of police brutality/racial profiling

It shifts the public view point of police and creates more violence due to people’s mistrust of law enforcement.

 Well, I think one of the most obvious answer here would be death.
  The people being targeted would most likely die because people who target them always do bad things (physically). And sometimes, the targets could be bashed with hateful comments also leading to death.
  While people still do this up to today, it is a law sate wide law, here in America, that says you can't do either of that (the limits to free speech).
