A Rankine cycle operates between pressures of 2 MPa and 10 kPa with a maximum temperature of 600 o C. The pump can be assumed reversible and adiabatic and its inlet is saturated water. Assuming adiabatic turbine with an isentropic efficiency of 80 percent, and neglecting changes in kinetic and potential energies: i. Determine the specific turbine work.
ii. Determine the thermal efficiency of the cycle
iii. Determine the temperature of the steam at the turbine outlet.
iv. Determine the temperature of the water at the pump outlet.
