Consider the Vine and Maple Streets example discussed in the lecture. Suppose two additional 12-ft through lanes are added to Vine Street, one lane in each direction. If the peak-hour traffic volumes are unchanged but the Vine Street left-turn saturation flow rates increase by 100 veh/h because of the added through lanes. Calculate the overall intersection level of service after the lane expansion. Assume other required input values are same as before.
