Cars A and B are travelling around a cirricular race track as shown. At the instant shown. A speed of 190 ft/s that is decreasing at the rate of 9 ft/s^2, whereas b has a speed of 120 ft/s that is increasing at the rate of 21 ft/s^2. Determine the direction (measured from the horizontal) of the relative velocity of car A with respect to car b at that instant. What is the magnitude and direction(measured from the horizontal) of the relative acceleration of car b with respect to car A at the instant?
