The reverse saturation current for a Si diode is A at room temperature (25 oC). The diode is then moved to a different thermal environment and the reverse saturation current changes to A. Estimate the temperature in oC of the new environment. Hint: changes with a factor 2 for every 10 oC change in temperature.
