Task 3 - Prepare a PowerPoint for introducing 3D CAD modelling
Your supervisor asked you to prepare a PowerPoint presentation to follow up the impact of
CAD system upgrade in company (from hand drawing to CAD) to the top management. Your
PowerPoint shall focus on evaluating the impact of the use of 2D and 3D CAD models on
final design requirements. Your evaluation must cover all the following three aspects
1. evaluate 2D and 3D drawings from a customer perspective. This links directly with
the P7 and M3 criteria.
2. compare and contrast the impact on customers of producing drawings using 2D and
3D CAD
3. predict how customers might use the information produced
The PowerPoint presentation file is limited to 15 pages
