Using COM0A1 and COM0A0 write AVR assembly code that generates a periodic square wave with 4 kHz frequency and 50% duty cycle on the OC0A pin (same as pin 6 of port D) using the Timer/Counter0 in CTC mode. Assume a system clock frequency of 16 MHz and use the follow skeleton code.

Provided code:

.INCLUDE "m328Pdef. inc"
.ORG $0000
RJMP INITIALIZE ;
