As you may have already discussed with your instructor, you can analyze circuits containing cascaded ideal opamp stages by considering them independently and multiplying their gains. In this case, the first stage is an inverting op amp while the second stage is also an inverting opamp but with two inputs (you can use superposition and consider each input independently if it helps).
