Create a traffic light simulator using javafx. you can either use fxml or create gui components programmatically. when starting the traffic lights, each light will light up for a number of seconds by the settings red, yellow, and green delays. for example, the setting on the screenshot indicates red light should be one for 15 seconds, and then green lights for 25 seconds, and then yellow light for 2 seconds. (green-> yellow-> red-> green-> yellow-> the range of the slider should be somewhere between 30 and 50. at any given time, only either stop or start is activated, not both.
