Simulate the circuit using logicworks software. simplified elevator design problem: if the elevator is on floor m (for m ≥ 0) and the floor requested is floor m, then the elevator remains on floor m. if the elevator is on floor m and the floor requested is floor m + i, (for i > 0), the elevator moves up to floor m+i. if the elevator is on floor m and the floor requested is floor m - i (for i > 0), then the elevator moves to floor m-i. simulate and design an l-floor elevator controller according to the above description. build it using your boards and chips. you may use 1. the switches to generate the floor request signals. 2. leds to indicate the up or down movement of the elevator. 3. one 7 segment display/driver board to display how many floors the elevator moves; or both displays to indicate the request and the position of elevator. make any appropriate assumptions, and specify exactly how the switches should be set to initialize the circuit (if necessary) and to move the elevator from one floor to another.
