The interior noise in a car at the driver's ear position is measured on a rolling road for a certain engine and gear condition and found to be 76 db(a). the noise at this position due to aerodynamic effects at the appropriate speed is then measured in a wind tunnel without the engine running and found to be 79 db(a). what would be the total noise level due to both the powertrain and wind noise components?
