Suppose that a client (sender) is sending packets (with sequence numbers 1, 2, 3, ...) to a server (receiver) over a TCP-like protocol that sends cumulative ACK(n)'s back to the sender. Assume that packets are all very small so that link transmission time is negligible. Assume that the RTT is 100 ms (average time it takes for packet to make it to the receiver and an ACK to return). The protocol does not use any parallelism... it sends out a single packet and waits for a properly sequenced ACK with a time-out that occurs after 200 ms (100 ms more than the RTT as a safety buffer). A. Suppose that packets are never lost and never corrupted. How long will it take to transmit 100 packets
