A player is declared the winner if they win 2 of the 3 rounds. The computer plays by generating a random number from 0-3 where 0 is rock, 1 is paper, and 2 is scissors. For each round, the program should prompt the user for their choice and print out the winner of the round. At the end of the three rounds, the program should print out how many rounds the player and the computer won, and indicate who the winner of the game is.
