Here's the menu for the user:

Print all Driver InfoPrints all drivers and all their information in the following format:
Example of a single entry (you'll print all entries)
Print all votersPrints the driver information in the same format as the previous option, but only prints those registered to vote.
Print specific driverAsks the user for a drivers license number, and print the information for that driver OR if the driver doesn't exist print "No record found."
Create registered voter filePrompts the user for an output file name and save a file formatted exactly as the original (with the number of entries at the top) of all registered voters
QuitExits the program.
