Consider a disk with an average seek time of 8 msec and a worst-case seek time of 16 msec, a rotational rate of 7200 rpm (revolutions per minute), and 548548 bytes per track. Given a block size of k bytes, determine the time taken (in msec) in the worst case to read a single block. You can leave your answer in terms of k. You can assume all tracks store the same number of bytes, and that the k bytes here all lie on the same track. There is no need to simplify the formula. It is more important to explain how you got to your math.
