Design a circuit that has two inputs, clk and X, and produces one output O. X may change every clock cycle, and the change happens at the falling edge. The circuit samples the input at every rising edge of the clock. If the input is 1, consider as read a 1, else read a 0. O is 1 (for one clock cycle, from positive edge to positive edge) if the last three bits read are 001, with 1 as the most recent bit.

adbusters is an oppressive not-for-profit organization, founded in 1989  determined to end capitalism. the goal is to  spread their message through a self published magazine (which contains no advertisements). the likely reason why adbusters publishes a magazine with spoof advertisements is that  adbusters wants to encourage consumers to think critically about ads. 

there is no universally accepted definition of art. although commonly used to describe something of beauty, or a skill which produces an aesthetic result, there is no clear line in principle between (say) a unique piece of handmade sculpture, and a mass-produced but visually attractive item. we might say that art requires thought - some kind of creative impulse - but this raises more questions: for example, how much thought is required? if someone flings paint at a canvas, hoping by this action to create a work of art, does the result automatically constitute art?
