Write a program that decides which soccer team gave out the least VIP soccer tickets last year in Europe. The 5 soccer teams are Barcelona, Real, Bayern, Juventus, Milan. The program should have the following 2 functions, which are called by main. int receiveNumTickets() is passed the name of the soccer team. It asks the user for the number of VIP soccer tickets given out for last year, validates the input and then returns it. It should be called once for each soccer team. void findLowest() is passed the 5 VIP soccer tickets totals. The function determines which is the lowest and prints the name and total for the soccer team. Input Validation: Do not accept negative numbers for VIP soccer tickets.

(130, 0, 130) is a medium purple. (0, 0, 0) is black, (255, 255, 255) is white, and (40, 40, 40) is a dark gray. (130, 50, 130) is a faded purple, due to the (50, 50, 50) gray part. (in other word, equal amounts of red, green, blue yield gray).given values for red, green, and blue, remove the gray part. ex: if the input is 130 50 130, the output is: 80 0 80. thus, find the smallest value, and then subtract it from all three values, thus removing the gray.
