Why can't I register for? I've been trying for months, too! I've noticed this question has been asked so many times, but nobody really gave me a real explanation! Or solution! Also, I can't see the answers without an account. (PS, yes, you can ask questions without a real account by just click Ask Question. And, restarting and X-ing out tabs doesn't work either...)
