Unity defines 3D meshes according to a set of vertices and a set of indices, where the indices define the triangles. An alternative, and perhaps easier to understand scheme, would be to simply list out the 3 vertices of each triangle of the object. Explain how this scheme would normally be much less efficient for common objects, but also under what circumstances it would be more efficient
