- Computer usage in businesses and companies has increased massively within the last 30 years. The benefits that computers bring to the business is just too hard for the owners to ignore.

-ICT has brought new jobs to the world.

-Unfortunately ICT has also caused the loss of jobs in certain areas.

SIMILARITIES:

-Although the both CorelDraw and Ms Paint are software programs used in the computer systems, they tend to differ in their applications whereby Corel Draw is more complex in its features and applications as compared to Ms Paint.

DIFFERENCES

-The difference that exists between CorelDraw and Ms Paint is that, it has positioned itself as a graphics suite that has managed to encompass the vector graphics programs features. In taking this position of a graphics suite, the software has displayed a wide range of editing tools, which can enable the user to make changes to the graphic designs in the computer system such as making changes to the contrast in colors, utilizing color balance features, as well as changing the format features, including the unique effects like vignettes among others like the special borders. On the other hand, CorelDraw has got the potential to deal with a high number of pages at the same time when it is used in line with multiple master layers that are generated from the main program that makes it more beneficial to the users as compared to the other software programs like Ms Paint. ICT is a very powerful media, if it can be used with proper caution. ICT doesnot depicts only the modern medias but the traditional as well. I believe, that enhancement of knowledge and education will lead to development in rural areas. And through ICT it can be achieved, as it can cover huge mass in lesser time. The issue of capacity building in the ussage of the modern ICTs is also crucial. Content development keeping the audiance in mind is very important as well capacitize the critical mass for its usage..

Also, It helps to break a "cultural step", I mean the acceptance in this areas is dificult for people which use to keep local relationships and dont like the tecnological "jump" in the begining. For that reason its important to teach them the facilities and uses for the comunnity, so they can fell that is something useful. When they realize that its not only a cultural imposition, and its an economic issue, the acceptance grow up!!
