Why does my internet keep going on and off on my xbox one

Pro ally just your router if its wireless, try plugging it in with the motor,  it should have a stable connection. If it doesnt work tryrunning a speed test, you can find one on g.oogle, just search up internet speed test. If its about 10mb download speed and above, the games are gonna take a while to load and you can’t watch any movies but you can watch short videos, if it has a high UPLOAD speed (50 and above or the occasional 30-50), you can play multiplayer games just fine but if low upload speed (10 and below) its gonna take awhile to load. If your internet in both 50 and 50 above, your internet has no problems, it’s probably just your xbox. Restart and reconnect.
