A lot of kids these days are addicted to the media, and it effects them more than they realize. An action that i would personally recommend is to limit your time on the media. I would say about 10-20 minutes on each media app you own. Maybe start decreasing your time as you go along. You’re supposed to be enjoying your teenage years, not being addicted to the media all day and comparing yourself to others. Hope this gives an idea :)
