Hello users can someone help me out with this question thanks!!! Imagine you are a parent and researching on the internet foods your child with a specific food allergy can and cannot eat. Why would you want the information you find to be credible?

You would want the information to be credible because the child’s life could be at risk. If the child is deathly allergic to a certain ingredient, if ingested, the child could develop hives, a fever, swelling and hard time breathing/tightness in the throat. A reaction can also be a runny nose or a mild rash but can also be vomiting or fainting/dizziness. If the allergy is to a nut per say it is most likely to the nut protein and not the oil. The oil that you cook in should come from a trusted source that test the oil for no protein. When finding the oil you should find a credible online source for the right oil. If the oil has protein it can result in death. The credibility should be abundant because you are putting the child’s life at risk if it isn’t.
