My computer only charges when It's off, and when I turn it on and plug it in, all it does is decrease its battery percentage. What do I do?

I honestly don't why it does that, it might be the charger or the brand of the computer. What you could do is charge it when you are sleeping, and use it when you are awake and if it is low battery take a break from doing whatever you do on the computer.

You could try restarting your computer then try to plug it in when it is on.
