In an experiment, 0.250 moles of propanoic acid, CH3CH2COOH were mixed with 0.150 moles of ethanol and the mixture was allowed to reach equilibrium. Given the total volume is 250 cm3 . CH3CH2COOH (aq) + C2H5OH (aq) ⇌ CH3CH2COOC2H5 (aq) + H2O (l) At equilibrium, 0.125 moles of propanoic acid remained. Calculate the value of Kc for the above reaction.
