Your family had decided to go out to dinner tonight and needs your help calculating the final bill. Your program should accept the prices for 5 meals (prices are decimal numbers). It should also ask for the tax rate (entered as a decimal value). It should print out your total before tax, the amount of tax and the final bill including tax.

Once you have all of the values input, calculate the total bill including tax. Tax amounts can have more than 2 decimal places so you need to round your decimal value to the hundredths place and print only 2 decimal values.

Example:

How much was the first meal? 12.50
How much was the second meal? 11.25
How much was the third meal? 10.90
How much was the fourth meal? 7.95
How much was the fifth meal? 13.85
What is your tax rate? 0.0825
Your bill before tax is $56.45
You owe $4.66 in tax
Your bill including tax is $61.11
