The solution in which the solute particles are suspended in a liquid (fluid) is called colloidal solution. Colloid is a solution that has particles ranging between 1 and 1000 nanometres. Cheese is a solid emulsion in which liquid is solute and solid is solvent. Hence, cheese is colloidal solution of liquid in solid.
