La retta di taratura ha la seguente equazione: y = 26x+27
dove il contenuto di monometil-tetracloro-difenilmetano (un PCB) è espresso in ng.
Considerando che il volume di campione iniettato è pari a 1μL, e il volume della soluzione del PCB, dopo purificazione, è di 1mL, calcolare il contenuto del monometil-tetracloro-difenilmetano nel terreno e valutare se il terreno può essere utilizzato per altre attività , considerando che il limite di legge è 50 mg/Kg.
