When mixing vinegar and baking soda a reaction occurs. what caused the bubbles in the reaction?

Vinegar has acetic acid, and baking soda has sodium bicarbonate. when the two mix it yields carbonic acid and since carbonic unstable it undergoes double displacement which produces carbon dioxide in which the carbon dioxide escapes the sulution as bubbles

Ithink this is what you meant. the temperature at which a liquid begins to boil is called the boiling point. the boiling point of water is 212°f or 100°c.  and at that point will start to turn into steam (gas)
